We do not sell your data
Your food logs, health-related data, progress photos, and personal tracking data are not sold.
This policy explains what Logly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated May 2026.
Your food logs, health-related data, progress photos, and personal tracking data are not sold.
Food notes may be processed by AI to estimate calories, macros, protein, and nutrition details.
You choose whether to connect Apple Health and can revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
We collect the information needed to provide Logly’s tracking features. This may include your account information, food logs, meal notes, nutrition estimates, water logs, weight entries, body measurements, progress photos, app preferences, subscription status, and Apple Health data you choose to connect, such as steps, active calories, weight, or other permitted health-related data.
We use your data to operate and improve Logly’s core features, including AI food logging, calorie and macro estimates, protein tracking, water tracking, weight tracking, body progress, progress photos, Apple Health summaries, widgets, weekly insights, and personalized app experiences.
When you log food, your meal text may be sent to an AI processing provider to estimate calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and other nutrition details. This processing is used to return results inside Logly. Your food logs, progress data, health-related data, and photos are not used by Logly to train AI models.
Apple Health integration is optional. If you connect Apple Health, Logly may read selected data you approve, such as steps, active calories, weight, or other permitted metrics, to show progress insights. Logly does not sell Apple Health data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. You can change or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
If you add progress photos, body measurements, weight entries, or other personal logs, they are used only to provide app features such as progress tracking and visual history. You should only upload content you are comfortable storing in your account.
Logly uses Apple App Store subscriptions and RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscription status, trials, renewals, and access to paid features. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not stored directly by Logly.
We use trusted third-party services to operate Logly, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, database storage, AI processing providers, RevenueCat, Apple services, crash reporting, and basic analytics. These services are used to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Logly.
We use secure cloud infrastructure and reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. Where supported by our providers, data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your account and personal tracking data.
Logly may collect basic app and website analytics, such as page views, app usage patterns, feature usage, device type, and crash information. We use this to improve performance, reliability, and product experience. We do not use your health-related app data for advertising targeting.
The Logly website may use essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand website performance. These are used to operate and improve the website, not to sell your personal data.
You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, export of your data, or deletion of your account and associated logs. You may also revoke Apple Health permissions from iOS Settings. To make a request, contact us at support@uselogly.app.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support@uselogly.app. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
