What we collect
We collect information necessary to provide Logly's tracking features. This includes your account details, food and water logs, and the health data you voluntarily provide: medication doses, injection sites, side effects, body weight, measurements, and progress photos.
How we use your data
Your data is used strictly to power the core features of Logly: logging your journey and generating personal insights (like finding patterns between your food intake and side effects). We never sell, share, or monetize your personal health data, logs, or photos.
AI processing
When you log a meal, the text is sent to our AI service to instantly calculate nutritional macros. This data is processed securely and is strictly used to return your results. Your food logs and health data are never used to train AI models.
Data storage & Security
Your health data, including your progress photos and medication logs, are stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to ensure your medical journey remains private.
Third parties
We use minimal third-party services to run the app: secure cloud hosting for your database, and RevenueCat/Apple for securely processing Pro subscriptions. These providers are bound by strict privacy agreements and do not have access to mine or sell your health data.
Your rights
You have total control over your data. You can request a full export of your journey, or request complete deletion of your account, health logs, and photos at any time. We respond to all data requests within 30 days. Contact us at privacy@logly.app.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only on our website for session management and basic preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party analytics that track you across websites.
