These Terms explain how Logly works, what you are responsible for, and the limits of our service. Last updated May 2026.
Logly is for lifestyle and nutrition tracking. It is not a medical device or healthcare provider.
Purchases, trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the App Store.
You keep ownership of the logs, photos, measurements, and entries you add.
Logly is an AI food and progress tracking app. It helps you log food, estimate calories and macros, track protein, water, weight, body progress, progress photos, Apple Health activity, widgets, and personal insights. Logly is provided for informational and lifestyle tracking purposes only.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Logly. By using Logly, you confirm that you are allowed to use the app under the laws that apply to you and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account. One account is intended for one person. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at support@uselogly.app.
Logly may offer a free tier with limited usage and paid Logly Pro features. Logly Pro may unlock additional AI food logs, insights, widgets, Apple Health features, and advanced progress tracking. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and may renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
Any free trials, subscription renewals, billing dates, cancellations, and refund requests are handled under Apple App Store rules. Logly does not directly process App Store payments or store your payment card details.
Logly is not a medical device, healthcare provider, dietitian, or nutritionist. AI-generated nutrition estimates, progress insights, and summaries are approximations and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Logly for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency situations. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, health, nutrition, or fitness advice.
Logly’s AI food parsing and nutrition estimates are designed to be helpful, but they can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying results when accuracy matters, especially for allergies, medical conditions, eating plans, or specific dietary requirements.
Apple Health integration is optional. If you choose to connect Apple Health, you control which permissions are granted. You can change or revoke those permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Apple Health data is used only to provide app features and is not sold or used for advertising targeting.
You retain ownership of the food entries, meal notes, water logs, weight entries, measurements, progress photos, and other content you add to Logly. You grant Logly a limited license to store, process, display, and analyze that content only as needed to provide and improve the app’s features.
You agree not to misuse Logly, abuse AI features, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, interfere with service infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscription restrictions, upload harmful content, or use Logly in a way that could harm other users, providers, or the service.
We work to keep Logly reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, outages, provider issues, App Store issues, internet problems, or other events may affect availability or performance.
Logly may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features, pricing, plans, usage limits, or integrations as needed to improve or operate the service.
You may request account deletion by contacting support@uselogly.app or using in-app options where available. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, create risk, or misuse paid features.
Logly is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logly is not liable for decisions, health outcomes, nutrition outcomes, data loss, lost profits, indirect damages, or damages related to use or inability to use the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Logly in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as Logly evolves. If changes are meaningful, we will update this page and, when appropriate, notify users. Continued use of Logly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
