The service
Logly is a tracking tool designed to help you log food, medication doses, side effects, and visual weight loss progress. It uses AI to parse food entries and generate patterns. We provide tools to visualize your journey, but absolutely nothing in Logly should be treated as medical advice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use Logly. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscription and billing
Logly offers a free tier that allows core tracking with daily usage limits on AI features. We also offer a paid Pro subscription (which includes a 7-day free trial) that unlocks unlimited AI logging and progress photos. Subscriptions are processed via the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Apple settings.
Medical disclaimer (Important)
Logly is not a medical device, and we are not healthcare providers. The app is strictly for logging and informational purposes. AI-generated nutritional estimates and side effect patterns are approximations. Never change your medication schedule, diet, or medical treatment based on data from this app. Always consult your doctor.
Acceptable use
Use Logly for its intended purpose: personal journey tracking. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI processing, abuse the API, automate access beyond normal use, or use the service in any way that could harm our infrastructure.
Your content
You retain 100% ownership of all food entries, medication logs, side effect data, and progress photos you input into Logly. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your entries strictly to make the app work for you.
Service availability
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime when possible.
Termination
You may delete your account and all associated health data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that blatantly violate these terms.
Liability
Logly is provided as-is. We are not liable for any medical issues or decisions made based on the use of this app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email before taking effect. Continued use of Logly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
