The service
Logly is an AI-powered food journal that helps you track calories and macronutrients. The service includes food entry parsing, nutritional calculation, journal history, and progress tracking. We aim to provide accurate nutritional estimates, but they should not be treated as medical advice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use Logly. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscription and billing
Logly offers a 48-hour free trial. After the trial, access requires a paid subscription at the current rate (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Acceptable use
Use Logly for its intended purpose: personal food tracking. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI processing, abuse the API, automate access beyond normal use, or use the service in any way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
Your content
You retain ownership of all food entries and data you input into Logly. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your entries solely for the purpose of providing the service. Community feedback posts are public and may be visible to other users.
Accuracy disclaimer
Nutritional estimates provided by Logly are AI-generated approximations. They may not be perfectly accurate for all foods, portions, or preparation methods. Logly is not a substitute for professional dietary advice. Consult a healthcare provider for specific nutritional needs.
Service availability
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime when possible.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export before deletion.
Liability
Logly is provided as-is. We are not liable for any decisions made based on nutritional estimates provided by the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Logly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
