How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Logly, then cancel from there. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose the Logly purchase, and follow Apple’s refund request steps.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Logly, go to the paywall or subscription screen, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

Can I use Logly for free?

Yes. Logly includes a free tier so you can start tracking meals and progress. Logly Pro unlocks unlimited AI food logging, weekly insights, widgets, full history, and advanced progress tracking.

Why does an AI food estimate look wrong?

AI estimates depend on the meal description, portion size, and ingredients you provide. If something looks wrong, edit the meal, add more detail, or include the portion size more clearly, like “large bowl,” “2 slices,” or “10 cevapi with bread and ajvar.”

How do I connect Apple Health?

Open Logly, go to your profile or settings, then choose Apple Health. Make sure Health permissions are enabled for the data you want to sync, such as weight, steps, or activity.

Why is my weight or steps data not syncing?

Check that Apple Health permissions are enabled, your device has recent Health data, and Logly has permission to read it. You can also try refreshing the app or reconnecting Apple Health from settings.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email support@uselogly.app from the email associated with your account and include that you want to delete your account or personal data. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
